Sporting Club Bengaluru is looking for potential candidates to join the club as a Football Schools Manager, and be a part of its Administration Team based in Bengaluru, India.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the Football Schools, provide administrative support to coaches, handle scheduling, and assist with logistics for sessions and events.
- Handle financial transactions: Oversee fee collection and manage accounting processes.
- Provide customer service: Communicate effectively with parents of Football Schools, inquiries and concerns, and foster a positive and welcoming environment.
- Manage logistics and operations: Organize training sessions, coordinate equipment and resources, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Contribute to program development: Work collaboratively with the Head of Football Schools, Business Development Manager and the Administrative team to optimize operations, develop new programs and improve the overall quality of the program.
