IOT Sports Education is the sister concern of IOT Sporting Aspiration which runs India's leading 360-degree sports agency – India On Track.

Position

IOT Sports Education is looking to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager for the Global Institute of Sports Business. At a minimum, the candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with Department Head and Marketing team to streamline campaigns that support the admissions process.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, including customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide support in social media marketing strategy, operations and related activities including content capture and organizing.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for pre-sales collateral building.

OTHER SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

  • Support administrative and operations team to enhance the student experience.
  • Support India On Track with events, new business, or client servicing when required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience of working with an educational company/ed-tech platform/university is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other optimization techniques is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is desirable.
