Senior Center Heads look after both the routine administration of the centers and the organization and development of sporting activities. He/She directs, promotes & coordinates operations of the centers in a manner that will optimize its performance in Sales, Retention, Rental booking & other events. He/She shall ensure that they improve
the center's efficiency, achieve set budgets & deliver outstanding customer service.
The Senior Center Head is wholly responsible for the training and organizational activities at BBFS Training Centers. The position requires a natural leader with multiple skills, and most importantly, a feeling that “I am part of BBFS and BBFS is a part of me” and one who takes it upon himself/herself to maintain overall quality of activities as per BBFS standards.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Center Head, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the centers in Delhi and related activities.
● Center Health
○ Ensure that all contracts are in place for his/her allocated centers
○ Ensure that monthly partner invoices and payout requests are submitted as per the process set
○ Stock keeping of equipment at the center
● Player Development
○ Ensure that the students rating and attendance get marked by the coach team on a daily basis
○ Subscription data management of each player
○ Monthly feedback calls and drop out analysis
● Parent relations
○ Conduct quarterly Parent Coach meetings at all the centers
○ Conduct parent engagement programs
● Coaching health
○ Coordinate with Tech-ops team for Coach allocation and substitutions
○ Addressing any concerns of the coaches to Technical Team
● Financial health
○ Achieve revenue targets through new enrollments and renewals in all the centers
○ Timely follow up of the leads with complete adherence to the lead management protocols
○ Close the demos by having detailed on ground interactions with the potential customer Ensure all renewal dues are collected in a timely manner
○ Prepare the yearly, quarterly and monthly revenue growth projections for your center(s) and plan and execute initiatives to achieve the same
○ Manage the profitability of your assigned center/centers
● Marketing
○ Identify lead generation opportunities within the catchment area of your assigned center/centers.
○ Plan and conduct hyper local marketing activities
○ Ensure the required branding is done at your assigned centers
○ Regular coordination with Marketing team for efficiency of Digital ads.
● New Center launch
○ Complete all the pre launch preparations as per the center opening handbook.
○ Conduct hyper local marketing activities and school workshops within the catchment of the new center

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to learn
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
Lead a team of atleast 5
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience working in customer service and/or operations
