India on Track (IOT) has been set up to inculcate a culture of sport amongst the youth and create a platform to learn and participate in various disciplines. Working in a sector that is driven by passion, we are unwavering in our commitment to help India recognize and celebrate the power of sports, be it recreational or professional.
IOT wants to equip India’s next generation with the tools to help build a healthier, stronger nation that would have its roots as much in sports as other disciplines. We make this simple idea come to life through our grassroot initiatives executed in a secure environment using world class training and conditioning techniques.
To ensure this, IOT partners with top international sporting entities (like NBA Basketball Schools & LaLiga Academy School, amongst others) to bring best-in-class sports thinking and philosophy to India. Each partnership focuses on the amalgamation of the technical expertise of these leaders in world sport and IOT's management experience and vision for India.
In India, IOT runs 100+ programs across 14 Cities, has over 80 Coaches and trains over 25K kids. IOT also runs Residential International Development Programs in Portugal & Spain, and its fast expanding in other regions.
Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team dedicated to simplifying Basketball for amateurs and professionals and developing grassroots Basketball in India.
This internship involves creating digital videos of Basketball drills using commercial drill creation software under the guidance of technical experts. Candidates will develop skills in high-demand digital content creation tools and gain invaluable insights into sports management and coaching.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Create video-based content on Basketball drills using the latest commercial tools and technologies.
2. Work closely with coaches to understand the intricacies of Basketball drills and techniques.
3. Communicate effectively with coaches and the Senior Manager to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
4. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the instructional quality of Basketball training videos.
Qualifications:
1. Good knowledge of Computers
2. Played Basketball at school/district or higher levels
3. Good communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
5. Background in coaching or sports management is preferred.

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
