Job Description:
Position Overview: Sporting Jobs is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resourcing Lead. This role will be pivotal in supporting our various business strands by performing a wide range of research and data input tasks. The Resourcing Lead will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our operations and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various aspects related to sports sponsorship, recruitment, and talent management. This may include market trends, industry insights, and competitor analysis.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and maintain data across our group's databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency in our information repositories.
Data Insights and Reporting: Collaborate with relevant teams to generate insights from data, create reports, and provide valuable information for business decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance data-related processes, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in the Sports Sponsorship Agency, Sporting Jobs, and SGI Sports Management to meet their data needs and support their operations.
Quality Assurance: Regularly audit and verify data to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in data analysis, data input, or research roles is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualisation tools).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus but not mandatory.
