Hudle gives access to 5L+ people to their favorite sport across 1000+ facilities, throughout the country. Hudle manages and operates sports facilities across the country end to end. About the Role: The role is an exciting intersection between business and operations. A BizOps Manager is responsible for managing business and operations for Hudle Managed Venues . Some highlights of the role include,
1. Being responsible for the central operations of 50-75 facilities in the country.
2. Enabling a team of 15-20 regional managers and executives to achieve their business and operational targets by creating policies.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders and other relevant people and businesses.
4. Use technology and inhouse product team to solve problems at scale.
5. Develop processes and systems to operate the business smoothly.
6. Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management.
7. Develop an expertise in sports infra, Sports operations, community building, and monetization.
8. Develop an expertise in Hudle consumer and partner apps.
9. Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism.
10. Develop strategies to predict problems in advance.
11. Develop systems that can help a large team to smoothly work with each other with high efficiency.
This is an office based role in Delhi.
Qualification:
? 3+ years of experience in operations roles in Sports-tech, QSRs, retail and other brick and mortar operations. Preferably in startups.
? Past experience in management consulting
? Excellent professionalism. Ability to lead people. Coachable.
? A keen eye for attention to detail, sense of urgency and execution focused.
? Comfortable working with Technology, Google Suite, Slack, and other relevant
technologies.
? Self-motivated, team player & willing to learn.
? Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
